Description
Otogakure is a very nice and musical village being that it is the Village Hidden in the Sound. The Onpukage rules this village and it had only one kage to date. The First Onpukage was Sai Yamato and he was the most intelligent Kage. He was asked to join the Earth Fire Water Air alliance but knew that he´d be betrayed in seconds. Therefore he formed the Sound Night Light alliance.
