Kyoushu walked into his office in Hyoukagakure and threw his cape onto his bed. He sighed and opened the window. The current temperature surpassed one hundred degrees yet he was a wearing long sleeved shirt and long sleeved pants. "So...." he said looking out the window. "What's next?"

Kyoushu shrugged and put the cigar in his mouth. Without even using a lighter he lit it and puffed in deeply.

Kyuui used a bit of his wind jutsu to make himself a rotating cloud of smoke.

Kyoushu took out a file and said "Look at these...". They were all criminals pictures and names with the time of date. They had a symmetry of dying from six in the morning to seven in the morning and then from two in the morning to ten at night.
